In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analytics assessments to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and review data, dashboards, and reports across digital experiences.
• Execute measurement strategies based on business goals.
• Audit data collection implementations and establish KPIs linked to business impact.
• Dissect dashboard reports and create solution design documents for technical collaboration.
• Manage Testing & Optimization programs and contribute to personalization initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in digital/web analytics
• Communication skills
• Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics experience
• Adobe Marketing Cloud experience
• Google Marketing Suite experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Optimizely and Visual Website Optimizer
• Experience with Looker, PowerBI, Tableau
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Agile practices/methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL
