This role exists to support virtual communications, assess agent programs, and provide data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies. The team is dedicated to leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and improve reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support virtual communications with agents and manage agent programs
• Conduct A/B and Pre/Post tests and improve current reporting
• Make data-driven marketing strategy recommendations
• Develop analytics to identify deployment opportunities

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum three years of analytical experience or equivalent educational qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Analytical reporting experience
