Progressive Insurance is on the lookout for a dedicated Data Analyst Senior or Lead to join their Workforce Management Data Insights and Research team. This role is pivotal in discovering new solutions, enhancing existing practices, and impacting critical business metrics such as customer retention and employee satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, data-driven insights to support customer relationships.
• Discover new solutions and optimize current practices.
• Influence cost-effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and customer retention metrics.
• Leverage data from various sources to explore opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Summarize findings into actionable takeaways.

This role requires you to have:

• Analytical work experience of at least six years, or
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical experience, or
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical experience.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with customer contact and/or workforce management analytics.
• Ability to solve complex analytical problems and present insights clearly.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL, SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, or Tableau.
