In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver role-level staffing guidance for the Claims Field organization.
• Develop expertise in staffing models and metrics.
• Collaborate with Claims leaders to support staffing through reporting and analyses.
• Provide consultation on process efficiency impacts in decision-making.
• Influence business decisions with analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of six years of analytical work experience or a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
