In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop industry-leading machine learning models to manage credit and fraud risks
• Optimize decision-making using complex data from credit bureau reports and customer information
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into a production environment
• Monitor credit risk models and propose effective solutions under business constraints
• Execute AI techniques following regulatory and lending best practices
• Enhance data science productivity by developing tools and workflow solutions
• Conduct risk management, investor services, and operations analysis

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years in fintech or finance applying statistical and machine learning techniques
• Advanced degree (M.S./PhD) in statistics, computer science, or related field
• Expert knowledge in Python or similar statistical programming language
• Proficiency in SQL and database language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
