In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review, format, and validate data for strategic decision-making.
• Manage smaller projects and assist in larger project collaborations.
• Ensure clear documentation for data project scopes and requirements.
• Profile data, recognize patterns, and extend data schemas.
• Write scripts and automate data ETL processes.
• Maintain data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
• Resolve client issues and support user needs.
• Attend and present at client meetings as needed.
• Oversee data QA, testing, and validation.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to create scripts, macros, and formulas for data manipulation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Visio, MS Project, Zendesk, and JIRA.
• Research and project management capabilities.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data platforms.
