In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract data from extensive databases for analysis and insight sharing.
• Analyze fatigue and performance data, preparing reports for review.
• Maintain automated reporting systems for client use.
• Support clients' regulatory compliance with data reports.
• Discuss analysis results with customers.
• Collaborate with account executives on customer requirements for implementation.
• Coordinate with the product team regarding future features.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication on project matters.
• Contribute to process improvement and problem resolution.

This role requires you to have:
