In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data mining and manage code for analytical tasks supporting collections and loss rate performance.
• Aid in developing predictive models concerning customer behavior and value.
• Analyze business activities, presenting actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that are actionable and business-effective.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance for data integrity and accuracy.
• Recognize financial impacts from business strategies, providing timely communication to business leaders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of data/business analysis and data mining experience.
• Proficiency in coding with SAS and SQL.
• Experience with R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced analytic techniques and understanding of applied statistics.
