In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models across the customer lifecycle.
- Evaluate existing model performance and design experiments to enhance them.
- Extract insights from additional data sources to inform and refine machine learning models.
- Design experiments for optimizing decisions, product terms, and customer segmentation.
- Create automated procedures to streamline data analysis and monitor trends.
- Stay abreast of data science advancements to improve lending operations.

This role requires you to have:
- Strong understanding of data analytics and predictive modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, economics, or mathematics.
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in machine learning model development.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency with R or Python for model development.
- Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI for reporting.
- Experience with the Python data science stack and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
