In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Create executive-level dashboards and performance reviews
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in reporting
• Transform complex data sets into visual formats
• Manage data visualization tools to support decision-making
• Collaborate with Program Manager on strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists and engineers
• Identify trends and insights for business decisions
• Support sales and marketing to achieve targets

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience or similar qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in sales and marketing support
• Developing foundational KPIs and measurement structures
• Quantitative and qualitative data utilization
