Senior Data Analyst

QUANTALEAP is engaging a Senior Data Analyst to work on projects related to grant management and data reporting for the State of LA. This role exists to provide essential technical assistance and support within USDA and other federal programs. The team focuses on accurate data collection and the effective translation of business needs into technical solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in grant management activities with USDA, eScholar, and FNS.
• Compile and produce data catalogues and reports for USDA.
• Offer technical support to FNS division and school systems for CEP data collection.

This role requires you to have:

• Recent experience with the State’s Department of Education Food and Nutrition Services program.
• Master's Degree in Health Information Technology.
• SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAS and R programming.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Complex SQL query development.
• Dashboard and visualization development experience.
• MS Power BI and/or Tableau experience.
• Experience with GIT, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for diverse technical audiences.
