As they expand their Case Management System internationally, they are on the lookout for a Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in aligning client needs with development efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate Q-CMS functional changes from clients.
• Document specific requirements for multiple implementations.
• Develop Help Files and training materials.
• Create training videos for Q-CMS.
• Design process flows, specifications, and charts for project guidance.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft tools.
• Produce screen mock-ups and wireframes.
• Lead all project testing activities.
• Coordinate implementation tasks for Q-CMS.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of consulting experience
• Experience with technology implementation
• Proficiency in user testing methodologies
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with social media marketing
• U.S. residency
