Radiant Company, located in Chicago, IL, is looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst to join their team. This role is critical for creating and optimizing data-driven reports to enhance business operations over a contract period of 5 months. With a focus on delivering actionable insights and collaborating with various teams, the analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and develop data delivery tools.
• Optimize data delivery processes to improve efficiency.
• Work with training teams to create training materials and share best practices.
• Analyze large datasets for insights to aid business decisions.
• Identify patterns and trends for actionable business recommendations.
• Present findings through visualizations and presentations.
• Manage multiple business intelligence (BI) projects simultaneously.
• Ensure deliverables meet user expectations and provide necessary support.
• Monitor access control and troubleshoot BI applications.
• Participate in planning and testing of software patches and upgrades.
• Engage in professional development to enhance job performance.
