This role involves working with data across multiple systems to help build an account health model that enhances customer engagement and product adoption. The ideal candidate will join a team keen on leveraging data insights for customer satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and consolidate large datasets from multiple sources for reporting and modeling.
• Conduct descriptive and predictive analytics to assess metrics related to customer health.
• Collaborate with internal data teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Create dashboards and visual reports to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including data engineering.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field
• 0-2 years experience in data science or a related role
• Strong understanding of SaaS customer retention metrics
• Proficiency in predictive modeling with tools such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
