Real Soft, Inc. is looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead projects within their Business Configuration Solutions team. This role involves designing and executing configuration strategies to meet client requirements in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will work on solutions that enhance system and process efficiency in a hybrid work setting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement configuration strategies for member benefits.
• Lead projects and serve as a subject matter expert in Business Configuration.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshoot Configuration tool sets using automated processes.
• Document requirements and process flows for toolset enhancements.
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and feedback assessments on new client plans.
• Collaborate with team leaders to deliver automation of product and network offerings.
• Manage workload to meet service level agreements and performance indicators.

• Expertise in SQL
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare claims and data feeds
• Experience with Facets platform
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
