Red Games Co. is searching for an experienced data analytics leader with a passion for mobile games. This role involves working closely with product and marketing teams to analyze player behavioral data, impacting game design, player retention, monetization, and user acquisition.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to monitor player behavior, product health, and overall performance
• Understand product goals and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify risks
• Translate game data into actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing, user acquisition, and product strategies
• Set up and maintain user analytics tools and dashboards
• Create controlled experiments and A/B testing with clear goals and success metrics for new product features
• Continuously identify areas for improving game KPIs and recommend new product features

This role comes with the following benefits:

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years in analytics or a related role in video game, marketing, or technology sectors
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis techniques, languages, software, and systems (R, Python, Tableau)
• Extensive knowledge in SQL (or a SQL-like language)
