As a Data Analyst II on the Growth team, the candidate will influence key product features and drive strategic data-driven decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses and develop analytical reporting for business planning.
• Focus on traffic and conversion performance, including SEO, notifications, recommendations, traffic, and site conversion.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to answer strategic questions.
• Apply technical and business expertise to enhance product analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years in an analytical role in a business context.
• Experience in web analytics, especially site conversion and A/B testing.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization/BI software like Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to design quick-result analyses and experiments.
• Ability to explain complex insights to non-technical audiences.
• Consultative and influencing skills to drive business decisions.
• Curiosity to delve into the root causes and implications of data findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Business Analytics, an experimental science, or equivalent experience.
