Reedsburg Area Medical Center is seeking a dedicated team member for the Patient Safety and Quality group. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and managing data to enhance patient safety and quality initiatives across the organization. Collaboration with the Director of Patient Safety & Quality and various departments is essential for success.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and manage data related to patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Compile and distribute reports in collaboration with the Director of Patient Safety & Quality.
• Engage with department directors and task forces to ensure data-driven decision making.

This role requires you to have:

• Registered Nurse with a current Wisconsin license
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with database systems, Microsoft Excel, and statistical reporting

This role does not involve direct patient care but requires collaboration with multiple team members. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend needs. OSHA Blood Borne/TB Classification Class II indicates no expected occupational exposure to blood or OPIMs.
