The incumbent will interact with various teams to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection documents related to case management.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and adapt quickly to new technical tools.
• Support program manager in process improvement based on data analysis.
• Participate in data review for completeness and accuracy.
• Promote quality improvement practices.
• Maintain effective staff relationships and participate actively in meetings.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process simplifications.
• Create regular reports and facilitate encounter corrections training.
