The Lead Data Migration Analyst role is crucial for migrating existing ERP systems to SAP ECC, ensuring the company's data and information needs are met efficiently.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level solutions in SAP ECC.
• Coordinate data load and migration processes for SAP implementations.
• Develop ETL load and program logic according to specifications and standards.
• Create load programs using SAP tools like LSMW, LTMC, and custom ABAP.
• Manage projects and changes involving data warehousing and business intelligence reporting.
• Oversee data migration strategy and execute migration plans.
• Support data conversion cycles and validate data for Testing and Go-Live.
• Define logical data models and data standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 9+ years of IT experience in SAP Data Migration and related fields.
• Proficiency in SAP Data Services ETL and data load methods.
• Strong project planning and requirement gathering skills.
• In-depth understanding of SAP data dependencies across various functional domains.
