Data and Reporting Engineer II

Ren is looking for a dedicated Data and Reporting Engineer II to enhance their Technical Services & Support team. The role involves collaborating with Database Engineers to sustain database structures and create bespoke reports for clients. This position is essential to advancing professional service projects and addressing internal Tier 2 support requests.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve data issues reported by customers.
• Execute advanced PL/SQL queries and develop stored procedures.
• Design and manage reports using Crystal Reports and similar tools.
• Ensure response times are within SLA expectations.
• Collaborate with software engineering to fix data-related software defects.
• Create strategies and processes to improve support team efficiency.
• Develop documentation to educate clients and team members on data products.
• Verify adherence to best troubleshooting practices.
• Improve customer self-service through enhanced knowledge resources.
