Renown Health is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join their central team dedicated to improvement science. This position plays a crucial role in acquiring and reporting data to enhance performance measurement and support the healthcare environment's dynamic needs. The analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure the effective use of data in decision-making.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze data for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance areas using tools like Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
- Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets.
- Collaborate with researchers on biostatistical research projects.
- Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to convey insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to regulatory and privacy guidelines, maintaining confidentiality.
- Continuously improve data processes and stay updated with industry trends.

This role requires you to have:
- Biological, epidemiological, or sociological data analysis expertise.
