This position plays a crucial role in acquiring and reporting data to enhance performance measurement and support the healthcare environment's dynamic needs. The analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure the effective use of data in decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze data for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance areas using tools like Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers on biostatistical research projects.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to convey insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to regulatory and privacy guidelines, maintaining confidentiality.
• Continuously improve data processes and stay updated with industry trends.

This role requires you to have:

• Biological, epidemiological, or sociological data analysis expertise.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data querying and database familiarity.

The role requires a minimum of five years' experience, with two years in healthcare data, SQL proficiency, and the ability to obtain Epic System's Cogito Fundamentals Certificate within a year.
