In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio for Rentokil and customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment disputes.
• Build professional relationships with key client personnel.
• Evaluate and address customer needs proactively.
• Support billing and program management initiatives.
• Conduct weekly account reviews and report findings.
• Perform account reconciliations and data analysis.
• Suggest improved methods for data handling and reporting.
