In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide a team of data engineers through design, delivery, and implementation processes.
• Mentor team members and enhance process improvements.
• Align architecture with business needs and objectives.
• Develop data pipelines for optimal data extraction, transformation, integration, and loading.
• Assemble large and complex datasets to meet business requirements.
• Create tools for analytics teams to gain industry insights.
• Implement data tagging and metadata management.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Manage data according to privacy and protection policies.
• Use agile software development for iterative improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in data management.
• 3+ years in data engineering.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT.
• Experience in performance analysis and optimization.
