In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Document new functionality with user stories, story maps, and workflow charts.
• Align release backlog with product release goals as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to finalize acceptance criteria and anticipated feature behavior.
• Communicate product vision and business value of features to stakeholders.
• Participate in acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet product objectives.
• Evaluate technical and business impacts and dependencies of new features.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in technology support for business solutions.
• Experience with Agile team operations.
