The role involves analyzing data from connected water heaters and HVAC systems to drive improvements and improve customer satisfaction. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement frameworks for data collection from IoT devices.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify insights and opportunities.
• Develop models to predict system performance and potential issues.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive datasets.
• Provide technical support and guidance on data tasks.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve product features and user experience.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with best practices in data management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science or analysis with proven delivery of analytic solutions.
• 3+ years as an IoT Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Innovative and solution-focused mindset.
• Technical aptitude with cross-functional teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in IoT.
• Proficient in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
