In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and implement methods for improving reporting efficiency.
• Generate standard periodic reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses.
• Collect and analyze data on provider and program performance.
• Collaborate with teams to understand and fulfill data needs.
• Create internal and external reports.
• Visualize data with graphs and infographics.
• Define KPIs to evaluate business decisions.
• Organize large data sets to extract useful information.
• Craft presentations based on analytical findings.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in claims data analysis and cost analytics.
• Knowledge of industry coding standards.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and data mining.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation proficiency.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
