In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain predictive retention and churn models using advanced analytics tools like Python or R.
• Create and enhance multi-channel attribution frameworks to evaluate marketing channel contributions.
• Optimize predictive conversion models for future business planning.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy through cleansing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with software developers to optimize data architecture.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance metrics.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of analytical experience with expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
