In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee business processes for errors and make sure data collection is current.
• Investigate data quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Report on data collection and process efficiency.
• Communicate with external data sources to manage payments and request data.
• Suggest and design process improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in report development
• Familiarity with agile development methods
• Knowledge of public record data handling
