Sr. Fraud Data Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze online transactional data to detect fraud and suspicious activities.
• Perform quality control on batch data for potential trends and optimal output.
• Collaborate with the sales team to offer support and product understanding.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to sustain positive client relationships throughout contracts.
• Research and propose cost-effective alternatives for customers.
• Execute additional assigned duties.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence, fraud, crime, data analysis, or a related field.
• Over four years of analytical experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience managing large, customer-facing solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to travel up to 25%.
