The Technology Optimization Data Analyst will be part of a dynamic squad team structure, aimed at speeding up delivery and enhancing collaboration and efficiency across dedicated tasks. The role exists to support data-driven decisions through impactful cost analysis and reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Correlate cross-functional data to identify strategic trends.
• Design data presentations for maximum impact.
• Automate data correlation, analysis, and reporting.
• Establish KPI's with stakeholders and monitor programs for success.
• Develop strategic relationships to stay updated on operational issues.
• Align projects with budget and CapDev allowances.
• Manage labor cost metrics to control technology expenses.
• Create metrics for productivity gains from AI and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to aggregate financial data.
• Prepare and analyze capital and P&L metrics for trend insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor level education in analytics or mathematics.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience in metrics and reporting.
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms and financial cloud concepts.
• Creative problem-solving and urgency in results.
• Attention to detail and excellent planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
