In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and curate narratives to understand customer and market needs.
• Use primary and syndicated data for operational recommendations.
• Implement and manage the product feedback loop across multiple functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to address business needs consultatively.
• Analyze customer experience metrics and conduct primary market research.
• Communicate insights to leadership for agile decision-making.
• Produce and maintain reporting on industry sales metrics.
