The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of employee data within the HRIS. This opportunity involves working with HR and IT to enhance system functionalities and support strategic decisions through data insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure HRIS functionality and manage system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot HRIS issues.
- Handle HRIS user permissions, access, and customizations.
- Develop reports and automated functionalities for HRIS.
- Compile detailed reports for executives and HR staff.
- Serve as liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS projects.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Stay informed on HRIS trends and updates.
- Assist in testing scenarios to maintain system integrity.
- Create and maintain business rule conditioning for process efficiency.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques
- Expertise in Data Visualization
- Experience with AB Testing
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience in HRIS reporting
- Skills in HRIS Analysis
