In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop reports and presentations based on analytical findings.
• Evaluate data changes to identify correlations and causations.
• Generate timely KPI reports weekly and monthly.
• Create additional reports as needed for departments.
• Follow SOPs and departmental standards.
• Produce consistent labor performance reports.
• Craft ad hoc reports for business insights.
• Use data storytelling to highlight opportunities.
• Reconcile data and suggest solutions for data integrity.
• Build Excel reports for trend analysis.
• Handle administrative tasks and assist teams as needed.
• Engage with vendors to optimize equipment and services.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 3 years experience in data analytics.
• 3 years experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Operational knowledge of distribution and WMS/LMS systems.
