In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and implement trusted, scalable data models using dbt, Redshift, and Looker.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and operational leaders to develop data solutions.
- Develop clean and well-documented analytics layers.
- Drive decision-making across the company through data insights.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency with dbt and cloud data warehouses like Amazon Redshift.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding data modeling best practices.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Looker.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in building centralized semantic layers.
- Understanding of HIPAA or PHI in analytics.
- Experience with event-based data models.
- Comfortable in stakeholder-facing roles and contributing to data governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control.
