Sage seeks a Senior Data Analyst to harness data for generating actionable insights and enhancing reporting capabilities. This position is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives through the development of advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions utilizing Informatica and BI tools.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Extract and interpret Salesforce data for insightful analysis.
- Design and maintain BI reports and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce tools.
- Monitor KPIs to identify trends for business improvements.
- Integrate and manage data consistency across systems with tools like Informatica.
- Optimize CRM strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Data Science.
- Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, APIs, and tools like Informatica and SQL.
