In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate individual risk factors, such as protection class and geo-location.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Report on risk-related actions to stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of programs like Fire Protection programming, ensuring timely completion.
• Serve as an expert in protection class data and vendor systems.
• Perform data analytics to improve underwriting accuracy and derive actionable insights.
• Analyze agency policy outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance agency performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, risk management, or agency performance management.
• Strong understanding of public protection class data, geo-location analysis, and vendor information systems.
• Project management experience with demonstrated success in program rollouts.
• Proficiency in data analytics and insight extraction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
