SAIC, a leading provider for Government Sponsors, seeks a Metrics and Data Analyst based in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insights using Tableau and Excel. This role is essential in informing strategic decision-making across the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Perform deep-dive analyses with advanced Excel functions.
• Integrate Tableau with Excel and other data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity through validation checks and data governance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau and Excel features and best practices.
• Align work with key performance indicators and strategic goals.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Minimum of eight years of experience within the last ten years
• Bachelor's degree in related fields

• Ability to build relationships with senior management
• Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive information
