San Antonio Independent School District is offering an opportunity for a Data Analyst II, tasked with utilizing technical skills to capture and analyze data. The role plays a crucial part in supporting planning and decision-making through data interpretation. The successful candidate will join the team under the oversight of the Sr. Executive Director of Planning & Construction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models based on current trends.
• Maintain and manage databases and data systems.
• Collaborate on research activities and prepare reports.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Identify and interpret trends in data sets.
• Clean and filter data to correct issues.
• Define process improvements opportunities.
• Use automated tools to extract data.
• Prepare analysis reports for management.
• Assist less experienced peers as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in data analysis.
