The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making within the digital department, collaborating with various teams to enhance audience understanding and engagement.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Determine organizational KPIs and develop dashboards for timely tracking.
- Create and maintain a library of analytics tools for varied technical users.
- Perform data analysis and produce reports suited to business needs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop data models for analytics.
- Educate other departments on analytics datasets and BI tools.

This role requires you to have:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for web tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals including email campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- 3-5 years in Data Analytics or Marketing, experience in Media or Digital Media is advantageous.
- Experience using SQL on Snowflake, and developing BI dashboards.
- Proficiency with Python for data analysis and other processing tasks.
- Experience with dbt, Git, Github, and customer data platforms.
