This role is crucial for facilitating data-driven decision-making across S&H Express Inc.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize databases and statistical software to create reports satisfying business requirements.
• Oversee and resolve reporting requests on schedule within department SLAs.
• Conduct evaluations and design systems to enhance operational efficiency, suggesting data cleansing strategies.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support company-wide data accessibility.
• Translate complex data into comprehensible visuals like tables and graphs.
• Interact with clients to understand and fulfill their data requests.
• Automate routine reports using Excel and other tools.
• Design SQL queries for data extraction from systems.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve data issues and enhance data solutions.
