Save A Lot seeks a Marketing - Loyalty Data Analyst to enhance their new customer engagement and loyalty program. The role involves collaboration with internal and external teams to drive data-centric changes, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Engagement & Loyalty.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign results and weekly/monthly reporting metrics to optimize Save A Lot’s customer engagement program
• Identify customer segmentation or targeting opportunities at various levels to boost sales and store traffic
• Design, execute, and measure A/B testing for promotions and communications
• Deliver insights to Save A Lot Retail Partners to drive their business
• Use data visualizations to communicate findings through dashboards and presentations
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to the customer engagement program based on analysis
• Work with internal teams and retail partners to gather functional requirements
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling
• Deliver high-quality analyses for various stakeholders quickly
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance the customer engagement program
• Assist with other marketing measurement and analysis tasks

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of analytical work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong SQL skills
• Knowledge in customer loyalty and marketing
• Experience using analytics for decision making in marketing
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player able to work independently
• High attention to detail and critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
