They seek a Data and Reporting Analyst to join their North America Market as part of the NAM Digital and program Scrum team. This role is crucial for developing and managing digital platforms using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, working alongside finance departments, architects, product management, and scrum teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional leads and architects to gather data requirements.
  • Develop data solutions for extracting and processing data from various sources.
  • Implement data transformation rules for reports and monitoring processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for trend analysis and reconciliation.
  • Incorporate knowledge of SAP data structures into reporting solutions.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, such as generative AI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Identify data trends for strategic business decisions.
  • Optimize data collection and management practices.
  • Support Scrum teams in sprint planning and execution.
  • Aid in segmenting and prioritizing work efforts.
  • Collaborate across business, functional, and development teams.

    This role requires you to have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
    • Five years of experience in data analysis and reporting
    • Advanced SQL skills
    • Ability to write complex SQL queries
    • Experience with Tableau or Power BI
    • Knowledge of Python
    • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
    • Familiarity with Agile principles, including SAFe

    You would benefit from having:

    • Knowledge or experience with SAP BI
    • Familiarity with SAP business objects
