In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Interpret raw and graphical algorithm performance data for actionable recommendations
- Present analysis findings to team leads
- Create formal analysis reports and partake in peer reviews
- Test prototype, development, and sustainment software builds
- Develop analysis tools in Python for data readers and visualizations
- Design new metrics for algorithm and system performance assessments

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
- Experience with large dataset analysis
- Experience with remote sensing data analysis
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis
- Understanding of other languages like C++ and shell scripts
- Ability to obtain a SECRET DoD security clearance
- Detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
You would benefit from having:
- Exploitation and analysis of OPIR data
- Current active DoD SECRET security clearance or higher
- Experience with Python visualization and analysis packages
- Fluency with object-oriented software design principles
- Advanced degree in relevant fields
- Experience in Agile development process
- Experience supporting Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Battlespace Awareness, Technical Intelligence
