Sears seeks a Data Analyst to bolster their team by supporting technical data transitions and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's demand planning capabilities, using data analytics as a lever for business improvement. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize analytics tools for solving business challenges.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Process and validate data transitions across systems for demand planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain analytic tools for data-driven strategy.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly visual metric reporting tools.
• Provide analytics expertise and training within the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting across organizational levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to manipulate and analyze data.
