The Senior Data Analyst role, based in the Development department, is pivotal in enhancing fundraising efforts. Collaborating closely with the Annual Giving team, this position requires a blend of business insights, technical prowess, and a commitment to advancing the organization's mission.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis and develop reports to guide the Annual Giving strategy.
• Design customized ad-hoc analyses and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
• Train team members on data interpretation and dashboard usage.
• Present data conclusions and suggest actions.
• Document workflow processes and analysis results.
• Support various tasks to meet Second Harvest's goals.
