In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct business and data requirements analysis
- Support and analyze data collection, mapping, aggregation, and balancing
- Produce detailed business and data process flows
- Provide analytic support by extracting and interpreting data from various databases
- Perform quality assurance tests and ensure data quality
- Drive resolution of business issues during testing
- Prepare technical reports by summarizing information and trends
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Develop traceability matrix to map requirements to delivery
- Assist with system, integration, UAT test scripts, and documentation
- Support UAT activities
- Conduct meetings with system owners to resolve source data issues
- Perform source data quality assessments
- Complete other duties as assigned

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business and data requirements development
- Experience in Data Warehouse/Data Management ecosystem
- Solid SQL and relational database experience
- Ability to gather requirements and build system and data specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
