In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives in experimentation, segmentation, and funnel analysis to boost customer acquisition.
- Employ statistical methods to derive insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Drive step-function growth through advanced analytics.
- Manage key analytics metrics and communicate complex data findings clearly.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in growth analytics.
- Work with Redshift, Python, R, and JupyterLab for a range of data analyses.
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators to guide growth strategies.
- Promote data-driven decision-making organization-wide.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of analytics experience.
- 4+ years of experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data manipulation tools.
- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and basic machine learning.
- Experience in Agile development and source control systems like Git.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with business report development in Tableau or Power BI.
- Skills in cluster analysis, propensity modeling, and recommendation engines.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
