They are looking for a Principal Data Scientist to drive their data strategy and support digital health projects, particularly for diabetes care. The role involves collaborating with technology and operations teams to advance Sequel's data capabilities and work closely with product teams on feature design and implementation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to leverage data science for healthcare solutions.
• Translate data insights for clinical and business leaders to drive decision-making.
• Work with technical teams to ensure data-driven functionality meets quality standards.
• Lead data science initiatives including data acquisition, cleaning, and model building.
• Foster inclusivity and quality in delivered products.
• Establish best practices for data science in a growing organization.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams and junior scientists.

This role requires you to have:

• 10+ years in data science, with 3+ years in healthcare applications and 5+ years in an agile environment.
• Master's degree in relevant fields, Ph.D. preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages and data libraries.
