In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly patient satisfaction reports for Serenity Lane programs.
• Assist in designing data systems for tracking counselor effectiveness.
• Develop requested reports and conduct annual employee surveys.
• Summarize financial and statistical data for leadership.
• Utilize SQL, Crystal Reports, and Power BI for report creation.

This role requires you to have:

• Statistical analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced SQL experience
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and Power BI
• Web form building skills (CSS, JavaScript, HTML)
